Subject: Variance Request 

This notification is sent to all Property Owners within a 200’radius of the Subject Property. 

Whereas, Linda Krintzline has requested a variance to reduce a 40′ setback for a side yard abutting a street to O’ to install a 6′ fence located at 9 Bryden Road, Tiffin, OH. 

A virtual Zoom meeting has been scheduled for the Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. regarding this matter.
