City of Tiffin Zoning Board of Appeals is to meet at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, via Zoom.
Lenny Clouse, representing Clouse Construction, has requested a variance to reduce a front yard setback from 25′ to 15′, and to reduce a setback from 25′ to 15′ for a side yard abutting a street to construct an addition to a commercial building located at 60 Heritage Drive, Tiffin, Ohio.
