The City of Tiffin Planning Commission is to meet at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31 at Tiffin City Hall, 51 E. Market St., for a public hearing on two matters.
- Alec Cole has requested a conditional use approval to construct one two-family residential dwelling to be located at 266 Sycamore St., Tiffin.
- Tim Smith has requested the Planning Commission’s review of two adjoining undersized lots at 37 Gibson St., per Section 1181.02 (b) of the City of Tiffin Codified Ordinances.
