The City of Tiffin Police Department is hiring for the position of Police Communication Technician (Dispatcher). This person must have a heart for public service, willing to work as part of a team, be detail oriented and empathetic. Must respect the confidential nature of the position and only use information solely for the purpose it was intended. Must be excellent at the following skills: time management, multitasker, written/verbal communication, typing, filing and project management, computers and work independently and make sound decisions.

  1. High school graduate or GED equivalent
  2. Valid driver's license
  3. Must be a US citizen and resident of Seneca County or one of the adjacent counties within 6 months of hire.

Minimum annual salary of $42,432 equivalent to $20.40 per hour.
