Beginning Monday, March 6, and continuing through Friday, March 10, Ella Street will be fully closed from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. between Ella Street and Shepherd Drive. The closure has been restricted to avoid drop-off and pick-up times for students at Tiffin Middle School.
Work may continue throughout the next few weeks. Please continue to check the City of Tiffin’s social media for regular updates.
This pre-construction work is being done ahead of the Ella Street Bridge Project. Per the construction agreement, Ella Street will not be fully closed to traffic before Memorial Day to minimize impact to residents and Tiffin City Schools. The bridge is to be complete and open to traffic by December 2023.
