Per City Ordinance 311.02, parades, events or processions other than a funeral procession requiring the blocking or any street, highway or parking lot, require a permit to be submitted to the Police Chief or Lieutenant. Applications shall include a certificate of general liability insurance naming the City of Tiffin as an additional insured, with coverage amounts not to be less than $500,000.

Application for permit must be submitted not less than 15 days before the date of the event.
