The City of Tiffin Zoning Board of Appeals is to meet at 3 p.m. Oct. 11 at Tiffin City Hall, 51 E. Market St. for public hearings on three variances.
• Whereas, Patrick Riley has requested a variance to reduce a side yard setback from 5’ to 1’ to construct a garage located at 36 Wentz St.
• Whereas, Michael Szablewski has requested a variance to reduce a setback from 40’ to 25’ for a side yard abutting a street to construct a garage located at 15 Spring Lane.
• Whereas, Miranda Free has requested a variance to reduce a setback for a side yard abutting a street from 25’ to 0’ to construct a 6’ fence, and to reduce a setback for a side yard abutting a street from 25’ to 16’ to construct a pool located at 225 Charlotte St.
Notification was to be made with all property owners within a 200’ radius of the subject properties.
