Free event for ages 17 and younger
TIFFIN, Ohio – May 16, 2023 - The City of Tiffin Parks and Recreation Department is hosting its annual Fishing Derby on Saturday, June 3 for ages 17 and younger at The Izaak Walton League of America, 3570 N. CR 33, Tiffin. Registration will open at 9 a.m., and the derby will begin at 9:30 a.m. Participants are encouraged to bring their own fishing poles and bait to enjoy the two hours of catch and release style fishing. Lunch will be provided at 11:30 a.m., and door prizes will be awarded at noon.
Tiffin Recreational Operations Manager Mason Correll said “This is one of the best family events of the year. Make sure you don’t miss it!”
