“The Soul of Ohio” 2023! Featrunig exclusively Ohio artists who are making an impact locally, regionally and nationally. Concerts are free and open to the public and begin at 8:00 p.m. at the Frost-Kalnow Amphitheater on the East Green • 155 E Market St. Tiffin, OH 44883.

The season comes to an end on Sat., Aug. 26th, with Da Land Brass Band, Cleveland’s modern brass band collective known for their infectious energy and ability to “get the party started.” Formed in 2016, Da Land features a modern take on New Orleans street bands with a high energy funk sound, they are bridging the gap between musical tradition and a vision for the future. Boasting original tunes, funky adaptations of classic songs, and true roots New Orleans music, they have the versatility to satisfy any audience. Da Land also dedicates much of their time to educational outreach programs that teach children the joy of performance and showmanship through practical improvisation and live music master classes. The band is made up of some of Cleveland’s best jazz musicians, including alumni of Heidelberg University.

The East Green Summer Concert Series, a 501(c)(3) was organized to promote fine arts, the performing arts and music education while engaging the community as determined by the Board of Directors. 

The 501(c) (3) will manage, promote and run all aspects of the summer concert series.  The park will be managed in conjunction with the Tiffin Parks and Recreation Department.  The intention is that Tiffin Parks & Rec. will manage the grounds and the day-to-day operations of the East Green Amphitheater including the events schedule outside of the summer concert series.

The East Green Summer Concert Series is a local non-profit arts organization that desires to build an enduring legacy of art and beautiful music in the Tiffin-Seneca County area by encouraging artists and musicians with grants, scholarships, and performance and teaching opportunities. The main purpose of this not-for-profit entity is to promote fine arts, the performing arts and music education while engaging the community.
