TIFFIN, Ohio – June 9, 2023 – The City of Tiffin is proud to announce its annual 4th of July Celebration will take place Tuesday, July 4th at Hedges-Boyer Park, 491 Coe St, Tiffin, OH 44883. Many activities are planned for the day, including the second annual Cruisin’ Thru the Years car show, inflatables, food trucks, fireworks and more.
Schedule of events:
- Check-in and registration for the car show will begin at 9 a.m., with the show opening at 10 a.m. Winners are awarded at 1:30 p.m. with a parade around the oval at 1:45 p.m.
- Tiffin City Pool will be open at 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.
- Inflatables will be on the tennis courts beginning at 2 p.m. and run until 6 p.m.
- Jake Heil plays at the oval from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Soulpilot will play from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Fireworks begin at 10 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to park vehicles off site and walk to the park to allow for ease of exit at the conclusion of the night.
Recreation Operations Manager Mason Correll expressed his excitement about the upcoming festivities, stating "We cannot wait to see you on July 4th at Hedges-Boyer Park to celebrate Independence Day with fun activities for the entire community."
