Giveaway to begin Oct. 1
TIFFIN, Ohio - Sept. 7, 2023 - The City of Tiffin Water Pollution Control Center (WPCC) will begin its annual compost giveaway on Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023. City residents may pick up material from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily at the Water Pollution Control Center, 961 North Water Street, until the compost has been fully distributed. The first week is open to pick-up trucks and small trailers. Larger sized vehicles may pick up materials beginning the following week on Sunday, Oct. 8. Mulch and wood chips will also be given away.
